Project and Heritage High Committee Marketing and Communication Deputy General Manager Halid Ali al-Mevlevi made a statement regarding the activities within the scope of the trophy.
According to the statement on the committee’s website, many events will be held throughout the 2022 World Cup, which will start on November 20 and end with the match to be played on December 18.
Fans will be able to watch the matches on giant screens to be installed in many parts of the country, especially in the capital Doha, performing arts and cultural events will be held on the coastline stretching for 6 kilometers in Doha, food kiosks will be opened, and handicrafts by more than 6,000 artists will be played around the stadiums where cup matches will be played. , music, fashion, design, performing arts events and products will be exhibited.
The program in the city of Lusail includes street arts, events and light shows for car enthusiasts, various games and activities, especially ice skating, circus shows, and concerts on El-Meha Island, musical events to be organized by the Arcadia Spectacular art collective near Ras Bu Fontas Metro station, and Water sports will also be held at the event near the 974 Stadium. In addition to these, many activities will be held at touristic points such as museums, the traditional Waqf Bazaar in Doha, Katara Cultural Village and Meşireb City Center.
