According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the United States wants to “deliberately prolong” the war in Ukraine. He said this during a speech to the International Security Conference in Moscow. Putin also accuses Washington of sparking conflicts in other parts of the world as well. The Russian head of state spoke, among other things, about the political tensions between China and Taiwan, which he says are making the US worse.
