The Ukrainian counter-offensive in the east of the country is in full swing. Russia is losing territory in Ukraine every day.
Meanwhile, the Russian warmonger Vladimir Putin (70) took to the stage at the annual economic forum in St. Petersburg and once again unleashed a whole host of threats against Western countries!
Specifically: Putin is threatening military strikes against NATO countries because of the possible F16 deliveries to Ukraine!
► “If they are stationed at air bases outside Ukraine’s borders, but are used in combat operations, then we will have to look at how and where to hit the devices that will be used in combat operations against us,” said the Kremlin tyrant.
And he went on to rant: “This is a serious danger that could draw NATO deeper into this armed conflict (…) the F-16 will also burn, there can be no doubt about that.”
A few hours after Putin’s speech, his spokesman Dmitry Peskov tried to defuse his statements – Russia would only destroy the jets “if they operate on Ukrainian territory,” said the Kremlin spokesman.
Putin also caused a stir with statements on nuclear arms control.
“We have more such weapons than the NATO countries,” said the Kremlin chief. “They know that and they keep pushing us to start talks about reductions,” Putin continued, adding, “Fuck it, you know what we say among the people.”
A little later, Kremlin spokesman Peskov had to put Putin’s statements to journalists into perspective: “Russia is ready to conduct negotiations,” he assured.
Putin scolds Zelenskyy: “Not a Jew”
Putin had previously described the Ukrainian counter-offensive as hopeless. “The Ukrainian armed forces have no chance there, as in the other areas,” said the Kremlin dictator, referring to the current Ukrainian advances in the east and south of the country.
He renewed the accusation that he had been repeating for years without any justification and also cited as the reason for the invasion on February 24, 2022: Ukraine is in the hands of neo-Nazis.
At the same time he reviled the Ukrainian head of state Volodymyr Zelenskyj (45), who is of Jewish faith. “I’ve had many Jewish friends since childhood,” Putin said. And continued completely insane: “They say that Zelenskyj is not a Jew, but a disgrace to the Jewish people.”
This is not a joke, Putin added.
Nuclear warheads transferred to Belarus
In addition, the Kremlin tyrant announced that it had stationed the first nuclear warheads in neighboring Belarus: “These are only the first, by the end of the summer, by the end of the year we will have fully completed the process.”
According to Putin, he still sees no reason to use nuclear weapons. Theoretically, this is possible if Russian territory is at risk, he says. Nuclear weapons would only be used if the existence of the Russian state was threatened.
Ukraine, meanwhile, said Russia was suffering heavy casualties in the fighting on the southern front. In terms of soldiers killed and wounded, this corresponds to more than four companies, writes the commander of the Ukrainian troops in the southern Tavriia sector.
