Putin seems to be becoming more and more “emotional and reckless”. Researcher and analyst Alexander Gabuev writes this on Twitter. According to him, this can be seen in Russia’s policy and Western leaders should therefore be careful. “There is a risk of overestimating Putin’s rationality, but so far the West has managed to avoid doomsday scenarios.”
