Russian President Vladimir Putin has been told that his prestigious nuclear icebreaker ‘Rossiya’ cannot be built as planned. This is reported by the Russian business newspaper ‘Kommersant’. The reason is that the steel factory in Ukraine, which was supposed to make major hull components for the flagship, was heavily damaged in a bombing raid. That was carried out by Russia itself.
