Pressure on the Russian military is increasing as troops appear to be finding it increasingly difficult to make significant progress. Russian President Vladimir Putin (70) is said to have imposed a deadline on his Defense Minister to stop the Ukrainian counter-offensive. This was reported by the American think tank ‘Institute for the Study of War’ (ISW).
