Russian leader says he is open to ideas
MOSCOW – Vladimir Putin says he is not opposed to a number of proposals and ideas about the Ukraine crisis that French President Emmanuel Macron made during a five-hour meeting in Moscow. According to the Russian leader, these can form the basis for possible further steps.
