Russian President Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron have reached an agreement to have the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant inspected by international experts. In a telephone conversation, the two heads of state confirmed that representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) should assess the situation on the ground.
