Putin addresses anti-Jewish riot in Dagestan after airport stormed to “lynch Israelis”

Russian President Vladimir Putin is personally addressing the anti-Jewish uprising in the predominantly Muslim region of Dagestan. The protests broke out after the war between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Putin is consulting with senior government officials about how to tackle the anti-Semitic protests. According to Moscow, the demonstrations are due to Western and Ukrainian interference. But a rabbi from neighboring Azerbaijan blames the unrest on anti-Semitism in the region.
