Puma is collaborating with Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH

Puma launches a sneaker inspired by the Black Forest.

The sneaker launch was implemented with the sneaker specialists of the sports retail group Sport 2000, the so-called Sneaker Force, the tourism marketing agency Saint Elmo’s Tourism and Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH, Sport 2000 announced in August. In addition to the sports goods manufacturer from Herzogenaurach, Sport 2000 cooperation partner Alex Imiela from Sneaker.de was also involved in the creative development of the project.

The collection, which consists of three sneakers that will be launched step by step, found inspiration in the icons of the Black Forest, according to the announcement. The first is the UMA x Black Forest Slipstream Lo “Kuckuck” model, which is dedicated to the famous Black Forest cuckoo clock.

“The Black Forest cuckoo clock is a regional product with worldwide popularity, which is a wonderful theme,” says Hansjörg Mair, Managing Director of Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH. The sneakers are reserved for Sport 2000’s Sneaker Force Partners:Inside and will be available in limited editions at individual locations from mid-August.

“We are very proud to be able to make this unique collection possible exclusively for our Sneaker Force partners,” says Marc Scheiner, Head of Division Lifestyle at Sport 2000. “In doing so, we are making our contribution to supporting them in their differentiation from market participants and unique offers to create for their discerning target group.”
