Now the affair about the resigned RBB director Patricia Schlesinger could also have criminal consequences!
According to BZ information, the public prosecutor’s office in Berlin has initiated an investigation.
According to this, Schlesinger, her husband Gerhard Spörl and the previous RBB board chief Wolf-Dieter Wolf are being investigated.
The suspicion: infidelity and acceptance of advantages.
After the first revelations in June, the public prosecutor’s office was initially unable to identify any suspicions.
Before she resigned, Schlesinger faced numerous allegations. Among other things, it was about luxurious conversions of her office, a company car scandal and “service meals” paid for from broadcasting fees in her private apartment. Numerous politicians called for her resignation after she had previously resigned as ARD chairwoman.
