Eight scorer points 2022/23
PSV Eindhoven have extended Johan Bakayoko’s contract until June 2026. This was announced by the fourth in the Dutch Eredivisie and cup winners of 2022 on Monday. 19-year-old right winger Bakayoko has scored five goals and three assists in 20 games in all competitions for PSV this season, cementing the Belgium Under-21 international in the team at his training club.
“It shows that the club has confidence in me. I’m incredibly proud,” said Bakayoko after his extension. PSV Managing Director Marcel Brands said: “We want to develop this young player with a lot of international potential for the club.” However, Bakayoko has other goals. “I want to be champion here,” the youngster was quoted as saying.
He is ours until 2026!
