Kylian Mbappe was suspended, but goals from Lionel Messi and Neymar already led PSG comfortably at halftime. In the second half, Sergio Ramos and again Neymar (penalty) took care of the final score. Nantes, which ended the game with ten players after a red card for Jean-Charles Castelletto, remains on three titles in the French Supercup.
Georginio Wijnaldum was missing from the star ensemble of PSG. The midfielder is not in the plans of trainer Christophe Galtier and faces a departure from Paris. The 31-year-old Wijnaldum is about to sign a contract with AS Roma.
