PSG: Julian Draxler’s return to the Bundesliga is not an issue – Saudi Arabia is an option

Offer for PSG professional is available

A return of Julian Draxler (29) to the Bundesliga is currently not an issue. He could “completely rule it out as of now,” confirmed his advisor Roger Wittmann on Sunday on the TV station “Bild”. A move to Saudi Arabia by the Paris Saint-Germain professional, on the other hand, is “certainly” an option.

“Julian has an offer from the Middle East (Middle East, ed.), which is very large. But he also has a family issue to deal with at the moment. So I don’t know if he’s doing it now,” continued Wittmann, who is open to transfers to this region. “If a player can go there today, he should. I would recommend it to any player. It’s something completely different from China or Russia.” So far, only three German professionals have made it into the Saudi Pro League.

Most recently, the winger, who no longer plays a role in PSG’s plans until 2024 despite a contract, was linked to Crystal Palace. The French broadcaster “RMC SportsAccording to the first talks about the possibility of a change, the player himself was very pleased with the option of continuing his career in London. Wittmann did not comment on this rumor on Sunday.

The next step for Draxler, who has generated a total of 81.5 million euros in transfer income since 2015 and is therefore still in the top 5 of all German footballers, would be the fifth professional station. The Londoners lost Wilfried Zaha to Galatasaray this summer, who played on the left wing, where Draxler has played most of his career.
