Psaki announces sanctions banning new US investment in Russia

The United States will impose new sanctions against Russia on Wednesday, April 6, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said at a briefing. The new restrictions will affect financial institutions, officials, as well as a ban on new investments in Russia.
