The province says it wants to support farmers and jointly explore options to reduce nitrogen emissions. The plan was built around the three pillars of innovation, realization and participation.
“It is about encouraging innovations to reduce, measure and monitor emissions, support rural entrepreneurs, help achieve nature goals and address research issues,” says deputy Bart Naeyaert.
