On Tuesday 17 May, a protest will take place against the threatened execution of Ahmadreza Djalali, the Iranian-Swedish academic who was also a guest professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). The initiative comes from the VUB, Université libre de Bruxelles and human rights organization Amnesty International.
