Prosper Montagné: two West Flemish people also compete for the title of ‘First Chef of Belgium’
Among them also two West Flemish people. Kim De Vos, the sous chef of restaurant Zuid 55 in Sint-Pieters Brugge and Nicolas Mylle from Kortrijk, sous chef of restaurant Eykerhof in Bornem. They have to make a starter, main course and dessert. The jury includes three-star chef Peter Goossens who judges the dishes on presentation and taste.
