The PPF Group, which it controls, increased its stake including financial instruments to 15.04 percent, according to a statement on Friday. The PPF holding company has 11.6 percent of the voting rights. The growing share shows that PPF is a long-term investor who can support ProSiebenSat.1 with his experience in the television business, said Didier Stoessel, who is responsible for PPF’s investments, according to the announcement.
