Prosecutor General Cassation states that Antwerp chamber of indictment must be challenged

The three counselors of the Antwerp Chamber of Indictments, who have to judge the special investigative methods used in the major investigation into fraud in Belgian football, must be challenged. That is the opinion of the public prosecutor’s office at the Court of Cassation. After all, in an earlier phase, as a result of Dejan Veljkovic’s regret optant arrangement, the justices already ruled on the same special investigative methods. The Court of Cassation will make a decision later in the day.
