PARIS – Emmanuel Macron has been re-elected president of France according to the first forecast with between 57.6 and 58.2 percent of the vote. The last French polling stations closed at 8 p.m. Right-wing populist presidential candidate Marine Le Pen is forecast to have finished the second-round fight against Macron just like in 2017. She was expected to receive between 41.8 and 42.4 percent of the vote.
