Professors exchange university day for primary school: ‘We show that science is really not dusty’

Cut in a gown on Thursday, about fifty professors from Erasmus University in Rotterdam got on the bike to teach fifteen hundred children at dozens of primary schools. It is the second time that the university has introduced students to science in an accessible way under the name the Professor. “I find it a bit exciting, but above all very nice,” says Rector Magnificus Jantine Schuit of the Erasmus University to a school class.
