“Tomorrow I’ll stop worrying.” The title of the latest book by worry professor Filip Raes (KU Leuven) is a blatant lie. Those who worry will probably continue to do so until their last day. But that doesn’t have to be so bad. “If you practice a bit, you can come to an agreement with yourself: enough worrying for today. We’ll continue again tomorrow.”
