Professor of Local Politics: Incident in Kuurne is not an isolated fact
He has recently seen a trend in which it happens more often that really all means are used to shoot at politicians. The consequences for the future, for example when attracting new political talent for a list, are therefore major, he says.
Professor of Local Politics Herwig Reynaert: “I think this can have far-reaching consequences, it is also something I often worry about.
