On the A67 near Geldrop in the direction of Eindhoven, a truck overturned, leaving the road strewn with scrap. Major delays were the result, the extra travel time amounted to two hours.
The guide rail is flat and traffic signs have been hit. It is not clear why the truck overturned. The right lane was closed for some time between Liessel and Someren due to salvage work. Traffic had to take extra travel time into account. The road was clear again around 11:30 a.m.
It was also a busy morning rush hour on the A58 and A59. The traffic jams were over around half past nine.
