The day before The Classic between Ajax and Feyenoord, the corona virus has struck in Rotterdam. At Feyenoord, trainer Arne Slot, assistant Marino Pusic and defender Gernot Trauner have been infected with the virus. It remains to be seen whether the trio can be there next Sunday in Amsterdam.
Slot, Pusic and Trauner were all missing from the training field today. Due to the thinned out technical staff, the training was led by former FC Volendam assistant Sipke Hulshoff† It is not known how long former AZ trainer Slot will be out of circulation.
