The Crown series culminates in the sixth production season.
Princess Diana will be seen as a ghost in the sixth and also the last season of The Crown series. In addition to Diana’s death, future episodes will deal with the prince, among other things William’s and Kate Middleton’s relationship between and the prince Charles’s and Camilla’s wedding preparations.
The show of Diana’s tragic car accident in the series has already received critical comments. Now information is leaking from behind the scenes that the actress Elizabeth Debicki would indeed also appear as the ghost of the princess.
Among others, the Daily Mail and Metro reported that Diana appears in the scene to her ex-husband Charles. In an emotional scene, the late Diana wants to make up and tells Charles how much she loved him. The remorseful prince is seen in tears.
– Thank you for being at the hospital. So broken and so handsome. I cherish it myself.
– You know I loved you so much. So deeply and painfully. It is over now. It’s easier for everyone now that I’m gone, Diana is said to say in the scene.
According to newspaper reports, Diana’s ghost would also appear to Queen Elizabeth. A source from Netflix says that the scenes reflect the princess’s deepest thoughts and are not meant to be interpreted as supernatural.

The actor Debicki has already said that the entire production team of the series will deal with the matter extremely delicately and truthfully. Also a producer Suzanne Mackie is on the same lines.
– The series may be big and loud, but we are not. We are thoughtful and sensitive people. We had long, careful discussions about how we would execute the scenes.
