Princess of Monaco Charlene turned 45 on Wednesday, January 25. Charlene has struggled with health concerns in recent years.
On Thursday, Charlene was photographed with her children at the Sainte Devote ceremony. Charlene has a prince for her husband Albert’s with 8-year-old twins: prince Jacques and the princess Gabriella.

Last year, Charlene’s health took a turn for the better. In the spring, he returned to the public after his long period of treatment.
Previously, Charlene’s holiday trip to her native South Africa had been extended to six months due to illness.
