The ceremony will take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London. That’s not far from Kensington Palace, where the Prince lives. Despite this, William will not be there on Sunday, reportedly due to an overfull schedule.
This year’s award ceremony will be presented by comedian and actress Rebel Wilson. Stars such as Lady Gaga, Benedict Cumberbatch and Lashana Lynch will be present at the award ceremony.
Last year, the prince also missed the ceremony, then due to the death of his grandfather Prince Philip. That was the first time William missed the award since he became president of the BAFTA in 2010.
