The 70th anniversary weekend of Queen Elizabeth, 96, began today with the Trooping the Color ceremony. The royal family was first represented by a carriage ride, after which the festivities continued with a greeting from the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

Prince Louis, 4, caught the attention of the public with both his appearance and his outfit. Namely, he represented in the same suit as his father, Prince William, 39, 37 years ago. William also appeared in a naval outfit on the balcony in 1985.

And so Prince William posed wearing the same outfit in 1985.

The children of William and Duchess Catherine, 40, have relied on their father’s old clothes in the past. In 2015, Prince George, nearly 2 years old, represented Buckingham Palace on the balcony for the first time in a light blue kick suit. William is also depicted in the same outfit as a child, in the arms of his father, Prince Charles.
