Primus-Silva founds a sales company for Germany

At the end of April, Silva Sweden AB took over all shares in Primus AB from Globetrotter mother company Fenix ​​Outdoor. Now the two still independent outdoor specialists Silva and Primus are under one roof – Primus-Silva Sweden AB. The merger also affects the German market.

The sales company Primus-Silva GmbH was founded for Germany and Austria, the Swedish company announced on Wednesday. As a result, the sales, product and administration tasks are combined and the structures are adjusted. From July, the German branch will move into the new company headquarters in the Munich Order Center (MOC).

As part of this restructuring, Gerald Palm will be responsible for sales and marketing as Sales Manager for Germany and Austria. He has been working for Primus as Country Manager Germany since 2013. In his new position, he will also take over the area from Sebastian Daue, who was previously responsible for Germany, Austria and Poland as Silva Sales Manager.

Daue has been appointed to the position of Sales Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for the B2B business, marketplaces and the support of some key retailers for Primus and Silva.

In addition, Maximilian Mangold, who has been marketing coordinator for Silva since the beginning of the year, has been responsible for the marketing of Primus and Silva since May 1st.
