The museum consists of different zones, where the students can discover everything. “They learn to enter into dialogue, about history and sustainability,” says school director Ronald Bouwman.
Liv shows a room where the students can vote on topics and have discussions about it. A little further on is the ‘world kitchen’, where she can smell herbs from all over the world. “What is this?” Liv asks out loud.
For all Amstelveen children
Adam prefers to be in the music corner. “I love music. Also of rap music, but some rap music is not for my age.”
The museum stays in the school, but will not always look the same, Bouwman explains. “We organize it differently with new themes five times a year. And children from outside our school are also welcome.”
