Prime Minister Rutte will participate in the Berlin Process Summit in Tirana, Albania on Monday, October 16. He will be present at the opening and participate in various work sessions. The summit, chaired this time by Prime Minister Rama of Albania, aims to promote cooperation with and within the Western Balkans.
The Berlin Process was set up in 2014, at the initiative of Germany, as a platform to promote regional cooperation in the Western Balkans. The process also involves EU institutions, international financial institutions, civil society and businesses in the region.
