“The previous draft law is poorly crafted in many places, and the associated funding program must finally be concrete. It will only get better through consultations without foaming at the mouth. With a view to the climate, no heat transition is not an option. Postponing the start date to 2025 seems inevitable , because of the deep intrusion into private life, but also because of the politically fueled uncertainty. In addition, the conditions must be created to control future transformations via CO2 prices. This requires political courage and climate money for social balance.”/DP/ yeah
