Peruvian President Pedro Castillo has announced that the curfew in the capital Lima will be lifted. After days of protests against rising food and fuel prices, Castillo imposed a curfew yesterday. Residents of Lima and the adjacent port city of Callao were temporarily banned from leaving their homes.
