The presenter is currently in Dubai for recordings of a new TV program for NPO 3. She posted a photo of this trip on Instagram, on which we see camels and a pregnancy belly.
Third baby for Lauren Verster
In the text accompanying the photo, Lauren is joking. “Look, the camels from Dubai and I understand each other; we know what it’s like to carry around a hump like that.”
Unplanned, but more than desired
The third baby wasn’t really planned, Lauren writes. But another child is more than welcome in the Verster-Diepeveen family. “It was not really planned, but very happy with it,” she writes. “Fancy another delicious crow, can’t wait to get there.”

Just after Lauren announced online that she is pregnant again, she posted another photo. This time from her eldest daughter, Leentje Wambleesha (Read here where the name ‘Wambleesha’ comes from).
At the photo, she jokes: “O PS, and the father is (again) Jasper!”
“Motherhood is not hard”
Lauren already has two daughters with her boyfriend Jasper Diepeveen, Maggy and Leentje. He works as a camera operator. In an interview with Libelle, Lauren previously said about her partner: “He’s a hottie, with that muscular cameraman body and his dreamy, relaxed, positive attitude. Jasper does everything in his own way, no matter what anyone else thinks. When we got Leentje, he immediately decided to work less so that he could watch his child grow up. Another may not think that ‘masculine’, for Jasper it was a foregone conclusion.”
She also speculated about a third child. “I don’t think motherhood is hard at all. The second pregnancy was so disappointing, otherwise I would still want to go for a third. Not Jasper. He finds it busy enough with three women at home.”
