“The verdict of the Southern District Military Court against Artur Serikovich Satimirov, born in 1987, has entered into force . He was sentenced to 13 years in prison, of which 4 years in prison, 9 years in a strict regime colony,” the report says.

Satimirov was found guilty of preparing a terrorist attack, participating in a terrorist organization and illegal possession of weapons. According to the intelligence service, he planned to commit a terrorist attack against law enforcement officers in the Astrakhan region, and after that, to leave for Syria to participate in hostilities on the side of the terrorists.
