Premier League, the 2023/2024 calendar: the first Chelsea-Liverpool

The next season will kick off on the second weekend of August. At Christmas 4 days in 15 days

Just enough time to celebrate and draw a line under the results that we are already thinking about next season. The Premier League has released the calendar for the 23-24 season. He returns to the field on August 11th. The Premier League and European champions obviously give the start to the dances, opening the season on the field of the newly promoted Burnley while Arsenal hosts Nottingham Forest the day after. Liverpool are at Chelsea on Sunday. Manchester United closes the first day on Monday evening with Wolverhampton. The match between Arsenal and Manchester City arrives on 7 October at the Gunners’ home on the eighth day while the City-United derby arrives on 28 October. City end the season hosting West Ham. The last day will be May 20, 2024.

Busy Christmas

Four days in fifteen days in the second half of December including the Boxing day which will see City play Everton while United host Aston Villa and Arsenal host West Ham. Liverpool will be on the Burnley field. There will be a slowdown in mid-January with the twenty-first day spread over the weekends of the 13th and 20th and then restarting on the 30th with the first match of the second round
