On the last day of the Premier League, the Citizens will host Aston Villa with the aim of winning the title, but will also bid farewell to the Brazilian footballer
A long history of 382 games, 26 goals and 33 assists. An adventure of 13 English national titles, from 6 League Cups – a record shared with Sergio Aguero – to 4 Premier Leagues, plus two Community Shields and a Fa Cup. Fernandinho’s adventure will end on Sunday afternoon at the Etihad Stadium with Manchester City after nine years and, on the occasion of the match against Aston Villa, there will be a way to allow the fans to greet him as he deserves. Maybe with the fifth English championship on the board, but that’s another story.
