Powerchair Hockey: ‘Forgetting you have a handicap’

It’s a very spectacular sport. Contact is not allowed, but it happens often. For the hockey players themselves, the sport is very important. ‘You don’t feel handicapped at all when you play. And people who look at us also forget that’, says Hedwige Van Steen of Gidos.
