A young man rang the doorbell at 9:10 p.m. He was wearing a red shirt from a postal delivery company and was holding a package that he would drop off for the man. Soon after, the three other suspects also stormed into the house. They were dressed completely dark and wore a balaclava.

Gross violence

Once inside, the four men used brute force. They took the victim hostage and demanded valuables at gunpoint. When they suddenly heard the doorbell, they decided to flee – together with the collected loot.

“The man no longer sleeps well”

Police spokesperson

The 82-year-old man did not have to go to hospital, but he did suffer from mental complaints, the police spokesperson told NH. “The man no longer sleeps well. We should not forget such mental consequences.”

The police are looking for people who saw something or have footage so that the perpetrators can be traced and arrested.
