Stuttgart (dpa) – VfB Stuttgart will have to do without national striker Sasa Kalajdzic in the home game against Borussia Dortmund next Friday (8.30 p.m. / DAZN).
The Austrian had tested positive for the corona virus and was in domestic isolation, said the Bundesliga soccer team. Kalajdzic was out at the start of the season due to a positive test, then he was out for months with a serious shoulder injury. Most recently, the 24-year-old impressed with three goals and two assists in five games.
In the table, VfB is in 15th place before matchday 29, just one point ahead of Arminia Bielefeld in relegation rank 16.
