Rarely seen a chef so emotionally received two Michelin stars. The life of Karen Torosyan – 43 this year – reads like a fairy tale. Because his parents were looking for a better life, he arrived in our country from Georgia at the age of 18. Without a word of French or Dutch in his luggage.
