The Berlin premium label Maisonnoée has been running a temporary store in Berlin’s Ritz Carlton since mid-December. The pop-up area is expected to remain open until the end of January.
The collaboration aims to foster a synergy between Maisonnoée and the Ritz Carlton, Maisonnoée’s designer Sophie Oemus told FashionUnited. This is mainly due to the common customer profile of the Berlin clothing label and the renowned hotel. The pop-up store is located in the hotel’s entrance hall and is not only accessible to hotel guests.
More than just a pop-up store
On an area of around 50 square meters, Maisonnoée presents articles from the current range. Ready-to-wear pieces such as blouses and skirts, but also evening dresses and accessories are offered. As part of the collaboration, the Ritz Carlton’s entrance features eight mannequins wearing Maisonnoée dresses. Guests will also find products from the label in other areas of the hotel – pillows and table decorations in the lobby, as well as journals in the suites.
As in the own store in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg, which is located in the Opened in autumn 2021 Maisonnoé offers a style advice service with stylists in the pop-up store. There is also the option for guests to have the items sent to their suite “to try on the garments at their leisure, match them to their own wardrobe and make a purchasing decision,” says Oemus.
