The police surrounded an office building of construction company Hendriks in Oss with several units on Tuesday evening. Police dogs were deployed and a helicopter circled above the area on Kanaalstraat.
The action came after a report that a cleaning lady in the building had been overrun by burglars. According to bystanders, there may be “several people in the building.”
The police then searched the building. The area around the building was also combed. No one else was found except the shocked cleaning lady.
The deployment of the police helicopter was canceled around a quarter past nine. The dog teams also left for home.
