The police, Coastguard, KNRM and the Veteran Search Team will not search for the missing German tourist on Texel tonight. The search will continue tomorrow morning.
The German Ramona Barna (46) was last seen on Texel around 2 p.m. yesterday. A police spokesperson told NH this morning that the woman was in “worrying condition” before she went missing.
A spokesman for the police informs NH tonight that it is no longer possible to search now that it is dark. “The search will resume tomorrow morning,” he said.
Big search
Today, many emergency services have searched for the German tourist, but so far without results.
Ramona Barna is 1.55 tall and has short blond hair. She wears a green scarf, blue jacket and blue pants with a black backpack. Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for her.
