Police rescue lifeless person from Halensee

Swimming has been forbidden in Halensee since 2003 and is only permitted in the outdoor pool.  However, this is currently closed

A lifeless person was rescued from Halensee in Berlin on Wednesday.

Police officers were the first to be there, pulled the person out of the water and started resuscitation, the Berlin fire department tweeted.

“The patient was taken to the clinic with an ambulance escort,” the tweet said.

The police and fire brigade did not provide any further information about the background and the current condition of the patient.

According to the tweet, the reference to the lifeless person in Halensee came from bathers.
