The police raided Heli Holland locations in Emmer-Compascuum and Den Helder today. Agents and detectives from the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate confiscated large amounts of administration, it writes Financial Daily.
It is not known what was specifically sought from the provider of helicopter flights and maintenance. According to the FD, the company’s entire flight operation was shut down. Police would not comment because it is an “ongoing investigation”. The Inspectorate has not yet responded.
Director René van der Haring tells the newspaper that he does not know what is going on. “Our hangars have been sealed and staff have been sent home. But I have no idea what exactly the investigation is about.” He expects more clarity tomorrow.
