The management of Silverein, which includes Daelhoven, has reported the death to the Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate. Silverein has also started its own investigation and is reporting it to the inspectorate.
Van het Erve does not want to comment further on the circumstances under which the resident allegedly died. According to the Soester Courant, employees were deployed for tasks for which they were not authorized. “During the duration of the investigation, we cannot make any statements about the content regarding the client’s death.”
