The police are investigating a possible shooting incident in Nieuwe Nieuwdorp. Part of the Dorpsstraat has been closed off.
The incident, in which a car shot at another car in Dorpsstraat, was reported just before 7:30 p.m. Both vehicles were gone by the time police arrived. No injuries were found either.
“The reporter had not seen the incident himself, but heard it,” said a police spokesperson. “We take this very seriously and are investigating exactly what happened.”
